I have used A-1 Concrete Leveling for two separate projects now and couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. First, they leveled our front walkway and the steps leading up to our porch. The results were fantastic, so I didn't hesitate to call them back for a more urgent issue. We couldn't be more happy with the work A-1 did to level our front entry area and concrete steps to the back yard. Both areas not only looked terrible prior but the sloping was causing foundation issues as water was draining toward the house instead of away from it. The team was professional, friendly, and responsive. They clearly took pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. Not only did it improve the appearance of both areas greatly but we can rest easy now knowing we aren't continuing to cause issues to the integrity of our foundation. The quality of service provided by the A-1 Concrete Leveling company was excellent. Professionalism was displayed from the initial meeting discussing the plans with John and then, through each phase of the cement leveling project, Rich explaining all the details during the process. Our back steps and patio, side walkway, driveway, front walkway, and front steps all required extensive repair. Despite the huge amount of time and effort needed to accomplish our cement leveling, the pricing was very reasonable. The A‑1 team completed the entire project in just five days, working steadily through some challenging weather. My wife and I were genuinely impressed by the politeness, work ethic, and skill of every A‑1 team member; it was clear they all took pride in their work. Needed a smaller job done and they were happy to do it which means a lot to me. Had a walkway leveled that was falling in towards the foundation on held water. I didn't want new concrete because it wouldn't match. They answered the phone, came to quote, and slowed up the day they said. These days that's rare. Work quality looks great.

I used A-1 Concrete several years back and they did an excellent job. I just moved and thought I would try them again. There were 3 places that needed raised - entire front walk from driveway to house (driveway 1.5" gap on one end and the porch was 3.5" gap on the other end) and side apron of driveway (1" gap). RC was quick to respond and provided a reasonable quote, with a 2 week lead time to install. When his crew of 3 guys showed up, they were friendly and professional. 2 hours later they were done, and they did an OUTSTANDING job (including cleanup)! I'm exceptionally pleased with their work (again) and recommend them highly. My walks are no longer a safety concern!

Terrill (the estimator)was great to work with. He was prompt with returning my calls and very knowledgeable about the project. The men who did the leveling quickly went to work when they got there and finished the job in much less than two hours. The concrete appears to be level now and the issue that caused it to sink was resolved prior to them coming to level the driveway. Josh and his co-worker went to work in the same way. Josh was very informative about what they would do (caulking the cracks and joints between the slabs) and very professional as the intermediary between myself and A1 Concrete. There was a slight mixup in how much they were actually supposed to do, but he made phone calls, and the resolution came in the form of Bryan, back at the office, stating they would stand behind the original estimate. Then the two guys went to work and were very efficient in getting the job done very timely, especially in view of the intensity of the heat that day. I had received the info on A1 from a prior customer who was also satisfied with their work. I feel very good about giving a positive review of A1 Concrete and am very happy with the finished project.
