Clay is a 1997 graduate of Miami University (Ohio.) He and his wife, Brigitte, have owned the Cincinnati franchise since 2013. He acts as A-1's General Manager, overseeing the sales and estimating process, and the general operations of the company.

As Operations Manager at A-1 Cincinnati, Ryan knows everything about everything when it comes to concrete leveling. He keeps things running smoothly, and everybody where they need to be to get the job done right and on time. Ryan loves motorcycles, golfing, and traveling with his family.
Andy has been leveling concrete for almost two decades, as such he is one of A-1 Cincinnati's concrete leveling experts. He understands intimately how concrete slabs move, and what it takes to get them back in the right place. If he is on your job, you know it’ll be done right.
Kate is often the voice you will hear when you call in for an estimate. She attended Xavier University, and loves watching Xavier basketball and spending time with her family and friends. She has worked at A-1 Cincinnati since 2019.
