The CONCRETE LEVELING Experts!

Homeowner & Condominium Associations

A-1 Concrete Leveling works with may different homeowner and condominium associations across the United States. As an association board, you know that keeping your association member's concrete level and safe is an important responsibility.

Homeowner and Condominium Association Concrete Leveling

Sometimes it can be difficult to know the best options when it comes to issues that many of your association members share. But uneven concrete is one issue with a pretty straight-forward solution. A-1 can work directly with your association to lift and level the uneven concrete in your neighborhood or condominium complex, or we can work directly with your owners. Either way, we will provide fast, cost-effective solutions to all your concrete leveling needs.

Causes of Settling Concrete in Condominiums and Cluster Homes

Oftentimes, concrete that is poured at the same time will also start to have issues at the same time. This is why it's fairly common to see uneven concrete surfaces appear all over a neighborhood or condominium complex within a similar period of time. Concrete can settle for a number of reasons but typically water issues, like too much water washing out sub-surfaces, can be one of the biggest factors. In other climates, that are subject to periods of drought, soil can actually shrink as the moisture is pulled from the ground. This causes voids to appear which allows concrete slabs to fall. No matter the cause, A-1 Concrete Leveling offers solutions that are both cost-effective, and long-lasting, while at the same time being beautiful.

Solutions for Uneven Concrete Issues

The solutions for uneven concrete slabs in condominium complexes are the same for residential customers, just maybe on a larger scale. At its simplest form, our concrete leveling solutions consist of drilling a series of holes strategically in a concrete slab, and pumping a limestone grout slurry under the slab until it builds up pressure. Then our expert technicians slowly raise the slab back up to position, aligning it with the concrete around it. The holes are then filled with a color-matching, non-shrink grout. These patches are typically almost invisible after a few month's time.

Concrete Leveling & Repair Costs

The cost of concrete leveling can be significantly lower than the cost of tearing it out and replacing it. Oftentimes our concrete leveling repairs can cost up to 70% less than new concrete. This savings is especially important if your association pays for these types of repairs out of HOA or Condo Association fees. A-1 can even work with you to establish yearly budgets for all your concrete leveling needs. This will allow you to better plan for and address in a timely manner the safety and beauty issues related to uneven concrete.

A1 came out to raise up my garage floor which was sunken in the center. They came out on time for the quote and the job. They were a quarter of the price of the other guys who advertise on the radio. Floor looks level. Happy with job. Guys who came out were polite and explained what they were doing. Floor sank an inch after a few weeks. This was not totally unexpected. They came out under warranty. Didn't give me a hard time about coming out again. After several months I'm still happy with work.
