At A-1, we are committed to doing all we can to help minimize the spread of COVID-19, while also servicing our customers to the best of our ability. Based upon State and Federal guidelines, we are identified as an essential business* for repairs that are necessary for ensuring the safety and operation of your residences and commercial properties.

We have implemented a number of precautions based on the advice of the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, State and Federal officials to minimize the risk of COVID-19 for both our team members and our customers. Below you can find the measures we have taken to reduce contact with you and others at each of our appointment types.
Step 1: Providing You an Estimate
Virtual Estimate – Upon request, we can schedule a Zero-Contact estimate where we use Facetime or Google Hangouts to review the area of concern with you and discuss the best repair methods moving forward. Please call/text our office at 513-283-4560 if you would like to set up a virtual estimate meeting.
** In some cases, an additional inspection, where a team member visits your home, may be necessary to provide a complete and thorough estimate. This would be handled within the guidelines outlined below.
On-Site Estimates - If an on-site estimate is needed or desired, we will call upon our arrival. We are happy to talk through the area via phone, Facetime, or other video-sharing app, while you stay safe in your home. If you would like to join our team members to review the area, we ask that you and our team members remain a safe distance of at least six feet from each other, per the social distancing guidelines.
Questions – Most concrete leveling questions can be answered on our How Concrete Leveling Works webpage. However, our team members will be happy to talk through any questions you may have regarding your particular issue or our process.
Emailing Estimates – We will email your estimate directly to your inbox. If you do not receive your estimate in a timely manner, please call our office at 812-246-2550 and we can resend.
Step 2: Completion of Your Work
Text Alerts - A text message will be sent to your cell phone to alert you that our team members are heading to your home with an expected arrival window.
Maintaining Social Distancing - Our team members will arrive in separate vehicles and maintain distance from each other while the work is being completed. Per the social distancing guidelines, we ask that you remain a minimum of six feet away from our team members at all times, while they are at your home.
Step 3: Payment
Invoices - After your work has been completed, we will email you a copy of your invoice. We will still have four payment options available: cash, check, credit card, or direct bank transfer.
In the weeks to come, we will continue to adapt and make decisions that we believe are in the best interest of our customers and our team members as new recommendations are provided by State and Federal officials. We are committed to serving you when the time is right.

The front stoop needed a follow-up tweak to level it out- A-1 was very responsive and quickly performed the follow-up work.
