The starting wage for concrete leveling technicians in Louisville is $15-$20 per hour depending on background skills and relevant experience. 

All technicians start as mixing assistants and move to the truck lead role as they gain experience.

Once you’ve mastered the mixing assistant role, moved up to truck lead, and acquired the skills necessary to personally lead a team and manage repair projects while consistently exceeding customer expectations, your potential pay could go up to $30 per hour as you reach the desired milestones.

Getting Pay Raises as a Concrete Leveling Technician
