Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Content Creator who is equal parts creative and strategic. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing content that is fun, lighthearted, and relatable while maintaining our commitment to transparency and education. From social media campaigns to video content, blog posts to infographics, you’ll help us build trust and engage with our audience across various platforms.

As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate Digital Content Creator to help elevate our brand and connect with our customers in new, creative ways.
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per year–commensurate with skills and experience.
Hybrid Work - Work from home combined with on-location work throughout the greater Louisville, KY area.
Some travel, including a Corporate Annual Meeting (usually in the winter, somewhere warm.)

Content Creation: Develop original content including short-form videos, graphics, articles, and social media posts that resonate with our audience and showcase our services.
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media channels.
SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance to continually improve engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with our videographer, marketing team, and franchisees to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative output.
Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with digital trends and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Utilize AI: Comfort and knowledge of how to prompt LLM AI tools for maximizing efficiency and the best outcomes.
A degree in English, Journalism, Digital Media, Social Media Management, Marketing, or other relevant areas is highly preferred but not mandatory. Commensurate experience will be considered.
Strong Writing & Communication: Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring new, innovative ideas.

Our process follows these steps:
Submit your application, resume, and answers to the application questions (video preferred.)
Participate in a virtual interview (via Zoom) with our key managers.
We would then assign you a topic and ask you to do a 30- to 60-second short-form, vertical video. Then use that same topic to write a short sample article. You would have 72 hours to complete this task. (NOTE: we will NOT in any way use this for any purpose other than to evaluate your fit for this role.)
A final interview, reviewing the sample article, and ending in a job offer if we decide you’re a good fit for our company.
